In the app
You > Settings > Help & support has a form that reaches the same team. Add your @name so we can find your account.
Report or block
Every clip, profile, game and live has Report in its More menu (the dots). For a comment or a message, press and hold it. After you report something, you stop seeing it, and our team looks at it.
To block someone, open the dots on their profile. Blocked people can’t see your videos, verse you, comment or watch your lives. They aren’t told.
Delete your account
You > Settings > Delete account, then type DELETE. It runs in the app. If a verse of yours is still open, your account is hidden at once and fully deleted within 7 days.
